..and I ROCKED it! Yeah! I burned over 350 calories while the kids played so nicely in childwatch at the YMCA. Thank goodness for that! I came out wobbly-legged and stinky, but man! It feels so good to be back! I weighed in and found that I had already lost 4 lbs before working out. I know its an "ups and downs" process...but what an UP day!
