Over the hump!

10.5 lbs down!And over 7 % of my body weight!  BOO-YAH!  I really can't believe it since I haven't worked out in a week, but I guess I have still been eating pretty healthy. So excited. Maybe I really can do this!!
Gym work out plan will be back in effect tomorrow now that birthday-ing is over. Turning 35 was not the best thing in the world, but hey, I can always hope to LOOK younger and stay healthy!
